Annette Janelle

ARIZONA

Annette Jannelle (b. 1992) creates intricately detailed porcelain ceramics that blur the line between functional art object and sculptural illustration. Her anthropomorphic mugs, vases, and wall pieces are made through a combination of techniques including wheel throwing, hand-carving, layered underglazing, and multiple high-temperature firings, for work filled with whimsy that invites viewers to consider how art lives alongside us.

Annette is based in Payson, Arizona and holds a degree in Fine Art, but she is largely self-taught in ceramics. She has built a devoted collector base through independent online releases, and her 2025 solo at Arch Enemy Arts marked her first major solo exhibition with a New Contemporary art gallery. A major success, we look forward to her next feature coming up in October 2026.
