Peca

BARCELONA

Peca creates surreal, anthropomorphic specimens that inhabit the cosmos. Her work is poetic and mystical, captivating in both content and execution. Often inspired by mythology and history, Peca uses a range of media to render meticulous textures and stylistic symbols. Her work is wonderfully engaging, dreamlike and magical; she transports us into a dimension where spiritual beings steeped in symbolism appear as navigational guides. 

 

Born and raised in Argentina, Peca graduated from the National University of La Plata with a degree in Visual Arts. Now based in Barcelona, Peca’s work is internationally exhibited and collected. She began showing with Arch Enemy Arts in 2014, appearing in numerous group shows as well as three solo features to-date.
