Arch Enemy is excited to release The Secondary Forest, the sophomore AEA solo show from Thomas Ascott.

For the much anticipated follow up to his 2018 debut, The Astral Woods, Thomas and his characters head back into an enchanted and idealized version of the Smoky Mountain in Tennessee where he grew up, built from his own memories and viewed through the lens of childhood imagination that so many of us often leave behind.

Like in his previous works, each moment is colored with a universal sense of awe, reminding us of a time tackling life’s challenges meant scrambling over rocks in the middle of streams and exploring caves and trails, along the Tennessee-North Carolina border.
