THE QUICKENING is an exhibition of the latest works of Joshua Mays. The show will feature paintings, inspired by cosmic context, race car graphics, anime film concept art, myth making, metaphysics and self reflection. Within Joshua’s works are typically an elaborate moment of transition, transformation or something being revealed. This painting series continues this inclination with a particular focus on the incremental acceleration of culture, communication, technological breakthrough and Joshua’s personal/professional perspective.
