Arch Enemy is excited to present our fourth exclusive collection with French oil painter Veks Van Hillik. 

​

In this series, French painter Veks Van Hillik shines une lumière blanche (eng: 'a bright light') on a group of mischievous monsters caught parading around his nightmares. With red eyes and mutilated bodies, these creatures pose upon pure black canvases, providing no clue to the world they inhabit. In signature Veks fashion, the artist does not dismiss his freakish friends for their enigmatic distortions. On the contrary, he captures them with the playfulness of old familiars, accepting their lost reality and welcoming them into the fold.
