Wiley Wallace

PHOENIX, AZ

Wiley Wallace creates realistic and surreal metaphysical narratives that combine childlike play with multi-dimensional exploration. Often using reference photos of his own children and family, Wallace’s work is incredibly technical. His complex compositions demonstrate an acute and accurate attention to detail that allows viewers to explore, with life-like wonder, the fantastical dreamscapes and transcendental, symbolic journeys he depicts.

Born and raised in Arizona, he studied inter-media arts at Arizona State University and obtained his Master of Fine Arts from University of California, Santa Barbara. He currently works as a professor at South Mountain Community College. Wallace began showing with Arch Enemy Arts in 2017, and we will celebrate his second solo feature with the gallery this year.
