Manuel Zamudio
TEXAS
Painter and muralist Manuel Zamudio blends realistic portraiture with elements of lowbrow, post-graffiti, and street art to create vibrant compositions. His work borders the psychedelic with sharp temperature shifts, bold values, and punchy highlights that push the eye to full capacity.
Self-taught as an artist, Zamudio was born in Mexico City. He first became involved in the street art scene of South Texas and committed himself to painting full-time in 2019. Arch Enemy Arts is proud to have been one of the first major galleries to exhibit Zamudio’s work, selecting him through our open call Spotlight Showcase in 2020, inviting him to multiple shows since, including his first solo feature in 2022.
